The Progress springs are a little better spring rate wise and they used to be linear springs. I ran Progress suspension on my Focus I auto-xed as well.

On my 8th gen, I liked the Swift Spec-R with upgraded struts and ran the progress rear bar for auto-x purposes.
Yes. My tsx really rode very nice.

I have progress coilovers on my DB8 and they are very stiff. It handles very nice but a little bumpy on the highway.

The last time I put a rear sway on my Civic it was on my 9th gen SI,and after only a year of ownership I had to be cut off the links due to them being rusted.I think this time around I'll do it earlier.Adding this RSB to my list.BTW what are the torque specs?

Past Civic:2013 SI RV6 Downpipe,Invidia Q300 Flash Pro tuned
Present Accord 2016 Sport.Tint and sport grill
Present Civic:2016 EX-T,Mishimoto Intake,VitViper Tuned for 91/87 octane.
TSW Rotary Forged Nurburgring 17X7.5 Wheels,JDM Badges,Carbon Fiber Rear Window Visor.Stay tuned for some exciting Modifications to come soon

I feel you. I had to leave my rear shocks on my stock control arms when changing my integra coilo-overs. Working on new cars FTW
