Usb issues

Anyone else getting this error? I have the ex turbo. I took it to honda and on the way it went off 10 times but as soon as I get there it wouldn't do it again. The lady was able to see all the error codes. As soon as I got back in my car to leave, the code came up again!
I have to go back on friday since my passenger window rolls down/up super slow. So going to have them check it again.

Does your device charge when you plug it in elsewhere, and does it charge if you use a different cord?

You can see if your mobile device is updated to the latest system. If that doesn't fix it, you will have to wait until Friday when you bring it in.

True, updating to the newest iOS is often an easy fix. I've heard of lots of people having troubles like this though so it's quite possibly a problem with the Civic's software.

I have an LX and when i plug in my usb that has music and of course other items such as folders or other data, it doesn't read my music at all. I don't know if it's because of all the other data interfering with the connection to recognize the music folder. I never had that problem when i used to own a toyota

The funny thing is, nothing is plugged into the usb. So not sure why it was doing it.

The whole thing has been acting weird. Today

Today, I couldn't select a music station or use the climate control. I'd push a button and 2 seconds later it would beep at me and return to the main screen.

One potential issue to watch out for is the size of the USB drive as well as the drive format structure. I dunno about the 10th gen Civic's system, but different HU's might have different compatibility limits. Practically all HU's I've used before are OK with 16GB or smaller drives that are formatted in FAT32. Some (but not all) can handle 32GB. Fewer can handle 64GB drives. Some can't read NTFS.

Does the owner's manual indicate maximum USB drive size and/or required file format?
