Can these be put on with the OEM rims for a Touring?

Yes.

Note that you will not be able to cover up the beveled edge. See photo attached for mounting location. Also, Wheel Bands do not have to have 100% adhesion all the way around the wheel to work. You can mount over a few inches worth of light existing curb rash or over a wheel design that has a few recessed cutouts like the black spoke accents on the Touring OEM wheel.

If you do go for the rebate offer and post a photo, you're covered. The OEM grade foam attachment tape used in Wheel Bands works like an adhesive version of Velcro. It holds tight in shear direction like when racing down the highway or rubbing a curb, but it will release from wheel without leaving a gummy residue by pulling straight up slowly.

Wow that does look sweet. Unfortunately I dont have a dry garage I could work with to put these on, but its definitely on my radar for the future, my car is red and I think that would look really nice with my car
Could have sent me a kit that didn't have completely dried out pads and dust all over the inserts

That's pretty horrible, hopefully they respond to you in this thread and try to figure something out
Any news on the Wheel band replacements ? So far not looking very promising as the last post was in April. Great Idea and looks great but I would be hesitant if the adhesive didn't stick properly.
