I saw clear side marker lights somewhere, but I can't find the link. Where is the best place to find a pair of the OEM clear lights?

I'm pondering this too, but here in NY we have ugly yellow-orange license plates, and right now those ugly yellow-orange markers are the only thing making the plate look like it actually fits on the car. <puke>


I'd actually like to make those side markers serve dual-duty - not just marker lights, but to blink with my turn signal. Had mirror indicator lights on my old car, and can't tell you how many times I was changing lanes on the highway, and one of those morons too lazy to lift their turn signal finger started to just ignorantly drift across the line- saw my turn signal and jolted themselves back into their lane. I'm betting I'll have to build my own custom solution here (hopefully just a new bulb base and a dual-filament bulb or LED equivalent).

Interested in what the clears look like though.

Totally this! Good news for you though...


My old car had an overhead console with a flip-down sunglass holder, so I was spoiled. 10th gen Civic has no such thing.
...or so I thought!


If you look on the center console, driver's side, right next to your knee - that lower, partly hidden cubby area with the USB port - it wraps around the side. You'll find a sunglass pocket built into that part that wraps around.


The only problem with it is that it's shallow, so for glasses with any real curve to them, or glasses made of plastic like my Oakleys, you'll find you need to dock them in there with one or both of the arms hanging over... which isn't as bad as it sounds. It works.

I initially thought "expensive" until I saw they come with LED bulbs.

There's other options also - your link would compliment the models with a chrome grille, but for my blacked-out Sport perhaps not so much - plus I wanted a second light to tie to the turn signals.

I did the best mod yet. I sold my 2018 Si and put a New Jeep in its place. Best mod I have ever done. I'm sorry folks but quality takes a front seat here. I had nothing but problems and the dealers dont give a crap once they have your money. I have never had to take a car in for so many repairs, from paint just blowing off, tire issues (paid for the best) engine issues. I could not deal with it anymore. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap. Go push your finger down hard on your hood and look at the dent........Dont bother replyiing folks I am long gone........
