Hello all,
I recently negotiated with 18Racing, a major supplier of Rota Wheels, to have a small production run of four sets of 18x8.5" Rota Slipstreams in Magnesium Black. They are +45mm offset and 5x120. I do not own a 10th Gen Honda Civic Type-R myself, but found that my 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD actually uses the same offset and bolt pattern for wider aftermarket wheels as the new Type-R. I checked fitment through Tire Rack and this seems to be the best middle ground for clearance and a slightly more aggressive offset. If you would like a set, please contact 18Racing.com. They should be adding this size to their online inventory list in the near future if they can sell this first batch. Also, they are entertaining the idea of ordering 5x114.3 sets for non-Type R cars as well.
