well done, wonder if it touches well...what do you guys think of the new instrument cluster?

I really like it. kind of a white blue color instead of the darker blue. i figured they'd stick with mostly digital elements. It looks great fully revealed. I'm sure the materials are just as nice as anything you'd get in the segment, if not better.

Definitely huge improvements all around.

Im into the separate banks for the fuel and temp. its a nice touch if anything. I wonder if we'll see some variance in the accent colors/layouts...for sure, wheres the tach going to go? ;)

changing colors would be cool for sure other than just the econ mode color changing. the tach is on there... it surrounds the speedo numbers. I'm thinking it might be digital too...as i don't see room for a needle, it might have a bar that lights and moves along the rim to indicate rpm.
EX and above has fully digital TFT display for tach and speed and other info. LX has physical tach with a round digital gauge in the middle with speed and other info. Someone posted pics of a base LX interior on another site.

Also, base LX has hub caps :( but they're 2 tone black and silver and actually look pretty nice in the pictures. Hoping the coupe has an LXS base trim that has alloys standard just in case i can't get my EX. Though, with the digital TFT and larger alloys and new infotainment screen i will be gunning for that EX
I like the simplistic design of the center console. It's not bogged down by a multitude of buttons like a few other newer models are. The instrument cluster looks great too and it looks sporty. Would be great if they kept a similar instrument cluster design for the coupe but for a sportier civic I expect the center console to have a bit more.

Maybe a few nice looking trim options.
I like the screen and the buttons underneath but I wish that they did something to make the area around shifter look a little nicer. It's all just looking a little grey to me.
I love how simple the screen is. A lot of automakers can learn some lessons from this.
Do we know if there is going to be any options for the materials you can use for the interior? Perhaps black instead of grey, or something like that?
Aside from how great the interior looks, more importantly it looks very functional, one of those things being the storage area under the HVAC controls. Looks like you can fit quite a few things in their.

In a video they showed the cup holders are removable. BEST FEATURE EVER. So much easier to clean out when sticky stuff gets trapped down in them. Wonder if they're dishwasher safe? haha.

Interior looks awesome. Easily on par with Mazda who in my opinion have the best interiors in this class.

I think that the black plastic that Mazda uses looks better than the grey that Honda is using. Anyone else agree?

Its just a darker black. Honda uses more of a charcoal black, while mazda uses a deeper black. I do prefer the deeper black, but i don't think it detracts of the new civic's interior either. Also take into account when you take pictures of interiors and don't retouch them. A picture on a cell phone looks different from pictures that have been done professionally dropped into photoshop and heavily retouched.
I absolutely think this interior will help sale the 10th gen. It remains me of the good design back in the late 90s. Clean with good ergonomics. I like the fact it went "back" to less buttons, lets say 9 buttons on the center console, plus the media system.

Looks like there is plenty of space for little storage and places to rest arms, etc. If the material keeps up with the current Accord and HRV, if not even slightly better, i would love to spend time in this car.

I'm not sure about the exterior yet, but i do like the front and side profile.
