2017 Civic Drivers Door does not unlock

I have a door lock/entry issue with my 2017 Honda Civic. It's been back to the dealer 3 times but no result. Here's what happens:

It's intermittent (about once per month)
Locking system is set to proximity lock

Walk up to the drivers door and touch/pull handle - nothing happens. Pull out the key fob and press unlock. All the doors unlock EXCEPT for the drivers door. Press lock, then unlock. Same result. Only way I found to get the drivers door open in this circumstance is to walk round to the passenger door, get into the car, reach across and pull the drivers side inside door handle. Once that is done the drivers door lock/unlock works normally again.

Dealer has already replaced most of the drivers door lock components but no result.

Is anyone else seeing this or is it just my vehicle??

I am having the same issue but with all the doors. They have all taken a turn not working randomly. Currently my passenger door is the culprit. Did you have any luck finding a fix?

I have the same problem. it sucks having to reach across the passenger side to unlock the door. Have you had any luck fixing the problem yet?
Reviving an old post!!

I have similar issues on my 17 LX. Two opposite doors randomly do not work. I have watched a lot of videos and completed basic troubleshooting but still cannot find solution. It sucks especially since the car only has one keyhole.
I own the 2016 Honda Civic Sensing, and have the same issues. Twice in a year, the car locked completely, I couldn't open any of the doors, neither the trunk, with the remote or key. After a few minutes or hours, then the vehicle goes back to normal. I wonder if there is something wrong with the computer or the software. It is very frustrating. I had to replace the battery once, and it didn't do the trick.
