Has anyone tried doing custom exhaust on the EX? i went to get some flow master dbx installed but was told that there was not enough room for the mufflers, i really want to keep the dual exhaust and want as deep of sound as i can get.

That's a tough one, I'm not too sure if anyone installed a custom exhaust system but if you take it to a muffler shop, they should be able to figure out what will fit in there?

May want to check around the 2016 Civic forums.
The two are fairly similar under the chassis in terms of exhaust design.

IKR... but the Sport and Sport Touring might have more room to play with because the main chassis body is 3-4" higher where the spare tire is... hopefully that's not required?
