Has anyone here replaced their gearbox? I own a 2018 civic fc and I was advised by the service manager that the noises i've been hearing are from my gearbox and that he suggests for it to be replaced

I would suggest having a good mechanic look at it to see what's causing the sounds. The issue may turn out to be something else.
