My wife and I just bought an 18' EX hatchback and love the car so far. She is the daily driver of the car, so I get a little jealous at times. I'm in the 2013 Chevy Sonic hatch with the 6-spd and 1.4T. Got the equivalent of the Hondata tune on that one and it made a huge difference. I don't think that's necessary on this Civic. Honda definitely underrated the HP and TQ on the 1.5T. The features are great (Android Auto, Active Noise Cancelling). I had no idea cars in this price range had come this far. I've already bought weathertech floor mats for the car. Maybe changing the interior lights next. Don't want to spend a lot of money though. Wife is starting her junior year in school this fall and my daughter is 2, so those two come with enough expense ATM. I waxed the car last weekend and it's pretty annoying with all of the fascia. It definitely needed it too, the paint felt like 320 grit sandpaper when dry. Now feels like silk. I have beginner car knowledge, have changed brakes, headlight housings, belts and other simple things. Changed head units and installed speakers and amps back when I was younger and thought that was cool. Anyways, glad to be a part of the 10th gen Civic community!
