2018 Honda Civic Clicking Noises - Front Right Tire

I have about 48,000 miles on my Civic, and for some time now there's been a clicking noise coming from that tire. I thought it might of been rocks in the tire, but I can't see anything there. You can't hear the noise from the inside though. You can only hear it when the window is open.

I took it to Honda, and they couldn't find anything. I should of done a road test with them to be honest. Now, I can kind of to start hearing this noise on the driver's side, especially when I'm driving a long side a median. I don't know what's going on.

Does anyone have any ideas? My car is pretty new still with very low mileage. I'm perplexed on what it could be. Any help or suggestions would be great.
