Just leased my 2018 SI.

Should I get KTuner for it? Intake? Shift kit?

Which mods will provide me the best aesthetic/performance gains but still be reversible if I don't end up buying the car out after leasing. I do not want to void any warranty or piss the dealer off and end up paying for anything that goes wrong in the future. Also want to be able to easily take the car to the dealer without having to do too much work beforehand to return it to stock.

Let me know below if anyone is in this same spot and what you have done.

I am on the same boat as yourself. I will be flashing my lease with hondata, but i will always have in my mind the risk of voiding the warranty with a tune. My plans is tune and intake to keep it simple. I do my own oil changes and I work at a Porsche dealer so I have access to a lift to take anything off before going to a honda dealer.
If you do the + 9 flash you should be fine. That may be even the best way to keep the engine in a safe parameter without blowing anything up.

Hey there, just wanted to chime in and say that it's important to be careful with modifications when leasing a car. Any modifications to the vehicle may void the warranty or cause additional charges when returning the car at the end of the lease. It's always a good idea to consult with the dealer or a professional before making any modifications to ensure that you won't face any issues down the line. And remember, leasing is not for everyone, so it's important to weigh the pros and cons before deciding. If you need advice on financial matters, you can always consult a financial advisor or mortgage advisor like Mortgage Advisor Oxford.
