Has anyone heard anything about the 2019 Si having AWD, or in the near future. I am interested int he Si, but would prefer a vehicle with AWD. Thanks.

no and i really doubt it will happen. if they developed the new Type R without AWD, knowing that all it's rivals/competitors had it, the Si won't have it ever in the near future.

The talk is that they will produce an AWD Type R, and that was at the release of the currant Type R.,by Honda engineers and research and development dept.

The odds of Honda ever offering an AWD variant are extremely low, unless we see some drastic changeup to the Acura lineup. If they didn't restrict their SH-AWD system to their premium brand, there would be little to no incentive to buy one over a Honda.
