9th vs 10th Gen Civic

It's not really a fair comparison to be honest, but isn't that what makes the 10th gen Civic special?

The Civic has always been a strong selling compact commuter, but Honda got lost and turned the 9th gen into just another car.

However if you just need to get from A to B, Honda is blowing out remaining 9th gen models. If you're considering both, here's why the 10th gen Civic is THAT much better than the 9th gen...

Seems like the 2015 honda civic was just there to fill the segment and that was pretty much it. It's a solid small-car choice but that's pretty much it. Nothing stands out liek the new 10th gen civics.

man you could do alot worse then a new 2015 Civic at under $20K though...

2015 was good enough, didn't blow anything out the water and didn't stand out anywhere near as much as the new one, but it was however a nice transition from the 8th generation civic... being more nimble, lighter, etc. But 8th was great for its time.

Well, if it was between a 2015 Civic vs a 2015 Corolla, no choice! But I think I'd just be sad in a 2015, when I saw the 2016s.

some people really don't care. Like really don't care, especially for someone who wants to get from A to B as reliably as possible.

That and I'm sure the 15's are a lot cheaper. Plus the bugs have been worked out.

I had buyers remorse and tried to do a trade but the negative equity stopped me. I had no clue they were doing a redesign and my salmon did not mention it to me when I asked. I would have held out a bit longer.
