Where are you getting the door sills from?

HIDS all the way.. don't do LEDS.. the pattern doesn't match up.. and will look funky.

I'm not typically a red fan, but that looks really good in red.
I've been in this Honda game since my first new car in 1995 (a Civic EX that eventually wound up supercharged - and I still own today) a few things you mentioned made me go :surprise: uh oh... some of the things people got picked on for:
If you ever DO put a big turbo on a built version of your car, it's still not the time for "Turbo" stickers IMO... then you have a genuine sleeper, and it's much more fun to do your hunting of prey under the guise of a stock Si.
If you do decide - put them on the glass so you can inevitably peel them off later without damaging the paint.
To which you'll have to give the embarrassing, poser-esque answer "Oh... they are just tips. They don't do anything."
The rest sound cool - lights and all that - they aren't fake, they are for show, but no penalty, just fun, and cool.
Here's the rule of thumb that I use for modifications:
What would a car show judge think of this? Would they award points (Hondata, LED fogs, etc), or would they ding points (fake tips, stickers, etc)?
