I would like to upgrade my head unit in my civic for the my long drives to visit my family across the states. The stock head unit just looks cheap and I would like to have more options with the radio and videos, Feel free to post your set ups and reviews

I have a 2017 Civic hatch. I am Big into car audio. The head units they provide are some of the absolute worst I have ever listened to. I love the products Kenwood produces. I was big back in the late 80's with car sound offs....Basically see how loud and clean your stuff is. The Kenwood units are very very good, the clarity and options are excellent. ...you may still need an amp if you want to vibrate the windows but the clarity and sound is great. Believe it or not, the stock speakers are not terrible. I would definitely replace the head unit asap. If you are looking at Amps...IMO without spending huge (Gr $500) look at Alpine.Hope this helps
