OK, I have a 2018 Civic SI, been in a accident, no airbags have deployed, and all seat belts work and impact sensors are good and I have scanned the system and I get code B0001-13 and B0002-13, which points to inflater 1 and 2 driver airbag, but I checked the airbag and it seems fine at 2.5ohms, but it did damage the steering rack, I since have replaced the eps steering rack, and also have had the srs control unit fixed but my question is with the steering wheel free spinning so to speak could it have damaged the clockspring cable reel before deployment, none of the steering controls work either, any input would be greatly appreciated

Your guess at the clockspring seems like a good guess to me. They're not especially expensive nor are they very hard to replace. If you're thinking of shotgunning parts at the issue this is where I'd start.

I had a similar problem with my car. As a result, I had to buy a new rail, as its mechanical part was severely damaged. If you do not know what the problem may be, then I advise you to contact a specialized service that will help you solve this problem. If you want to do everything yourself, then use a high-quality tester, for example from Thinkdiag, then specify the error code that occurs in your car. I am sure that on such forums there are a huge number of topics that tell a detailed solution to your problem. I hope everything goes well for you, good luck!
