RTFM means "You dummy, you should try reading the MANUAL someday..." But, I've been busy.

WHAT DID I DO? Suddenly, upon plopping down in the car, all four windows went down, and moon-roof opened up wide. Key-fob was in pocket. I imagine it's some sort of safety procedure. Or, the car had a seizure. Windows went back up fine, and no alarm.

If you hold the unlock button continuously on the key fob, it will open all of the windows and the sun roof - all the way or some percentage of that according to how long you hold it. A nice feature on hot summer days or when there is a bee in your car! You remote must have pressed against something in your pocket like change or chapstick.

rookie mistake but speaking of plopping down when lying down, anyone notice how physically hard the actual FOB portion of the keys are when inside pockets and you plop down, ouch! almost as hard as a stone, these honda keys.

Some cars and I believe yours is one of them if you push and hold either the lock or unlock button on the key fob ( not sure which one) it will cause the windows to go down. Some users reporting that they have similar issue caused by the fob being pressed while in thier pocket causing the windows to go down.

Wish holding the lock button would close everything just like how it works with the unlock button. On the bright side you didn't find out on a rainy day.
I think this is a safety feature... someone can't be reaching in the vehicle and have their arms hurt by you suddenly deciding to close your windows and not be in sight of the car.
