Only the dealership would have software fixes, and you need to report all issues like this to the dealership and call Honda corporate. Nobody here is authorized to fix your car, all we can do is guess.

A factory data reset (Settings>System>Factory Data Reset) fixed the issue, but I'm wondering if there's any software updates the dealer can install that might prevent this problem from happening again.
Any thoughts?
Hi there. Did you ever get an answer to this? Exact same thing has happened to my Honda. The Honda dealership tried to do a software update and now I'm stuck with this blue screen. They won't accept responsibility and claim it will cost me £3,800 to get a new unit fitted! The car is just out of warranty too. So annoyed with them.any fix for this? No matter how hard you try, just go back to the beginning and stay there.
HELP ME PLEASE!!
For this, it is enough to press the button on the top left of your device once, and the system will turn itself off and on.Hi there. Did you ever get an answer to this?
