Any available software update for the touchscreen?

I have a 10th gen Civic EX and after my Bluetooth stopped working, this happened:

A factory data reset (Settings>System>Factory Data Reset) fixed the issue, but I'm wondering if there's any software updates the dealer can install that might prevent this problem from happening again.

Any thoughts?

Only the dealership would have software fixes, and you need to report all issues like this to the dealership and call Honda corporate. Nobody here is authorized to fix your car, all we can do is guess.
When did you purchase your car?

As stressed before all these issues need to be reported to Honda Corporate. Open a case with them. If they do not feel pressure they will not develop a fix.

It would be nice if there was an update or status from Honda regarding them working on the infotainment issues.
Did you do a reboot by holding down the power button for 5 to 10 seconds? That seems to fix things on mine.
They have an update now. Service bulletin 16-022. When I went in for my first oil change this weekend I asked them about it and they didn't have it yet. Got a call today saying they have it and they can install it. I've attached a PDF of the bulletin.

Hi there. Did you ever get an answer to this? Exact same thing has happened to my Honda. The Honda dealership tried to do a software update and now I'm stuck with this blue screen. They won't accept responsibility and claim it will cost me £3,800 to get a new unit fitted! The car is just out of warranty too. So annoyed with them.

For this, it is enough to press the button on the top left of your device once, and the system will turn itself off and on.

I had this issue with my 20 Civic Coupe,
the system went unresponsive, on/off inoperative, lost sirrius icon, the turn signal froze, no control of volume, and the screen, at night, on night “dim” would go to “bright” intermittently, phone not working, or made its own calls !
The dealer replaced antenna, ( no fix)
Replaced screen( no fix)
They had my car almost 2 months, and finally changed head unit!
I called Honda, and got a case number, but there was nothing else, or it appeared that way.
The only way the dealer got on it, was when I called the group (owners) and complained, and then it took less than a week to have it taken care of.
Honda needs to get ahead of problems such as this. Thoughts ?
It asks for a PIN number before reset ? What’s the PIN ?
Does anyone know if any navigation app can be installed on the original head unit? I know the car has GPS capability as it shows satellites info etc.
Thanks!
