Armytrix developed an exhaust system for the Civic Type R, obviously valvetronic as that's what they do best. Really not too sure how I feel about the sound though to be honest. Usually I'm in love with their products but this sounds kinda off to me..

Thoughts ? I can only imagine the price tag for it

better off getting it from a brand that has always been known for tuning exhaust systems to for 4 cylinder engines unless there turns out to be some exact way to modify this system to sound better, and to me that would mean a deeper tone.

Like sticking to guys like Mugen, Skunk2, Magnaflow even. I actually have always been happy with Magnaflow exhausts on Hondas. Nice deep tones, not really raspy, drone isn't even that bad. Tame sounding with that growl.

Not that great of a sound IMO, I think I could make something out of aftermarket universal mufflers that would sound as good or better, or just wait for a nice JDM exhaust to be fabricated by one of the big tuners.
