New Hatchback here! LX in Black with a stick (Canadian model)

Love this car. Great to drive, great utility, great looks, Honda has a winner here.

Back in the late 90's I drove a 1991 Civic HB and this new HB is A LOT different. I have a hard time believing it's classified as a compact car, it's quite large but I'm impressed with the roominess and how much I can fit in the back.

It's probably just me, but I see the silhouette of a porsche panamera when looking down the length of the vehicle from either side, back-to-front (ignore the taillights)

Currently blacking out all the chrome accents with Plasti-Dip and hoping to get some nice 18" rims. I'll post some pics soon.

Congrats on the new hatchback! And nope, I don't see a porsche panamera at all, maybe in the sedan version of the civic.

I got the sexy blue model. Just got it tinted and bolt on exhaust tips for looks as well.

Aegean Blue: of or relating to the region comprising the Aegean Sea and its coasts and islands.

Welcome to the forums and congratulations. You just upped to a hatch that has a quarter-century of improved tech added into it

Definitely in to see the wheel choice as well. Planning on going wide or just a casual 18" setup ?

would be cool to see someone throw on a set of wheels similar to the Spoon SW388's since those were all the rage back it the days with the honda community. For reference:

As nice as Spoon wheels are, they just aren't worth the price IMO. Or I'm just salty cause I can't afford a set of them.

I can see someone putting them on a Type R or the Si but not on the average Civic.
