When washing my car yesterday, I noticed that the front plastic just below the chrome is bubbling in an odd patter. Has anyone seen this before? My initial thoughts are this is from heat (clearly) from the sun reflecting off the chrome. Thoughts??

I'm about to bring this to the dealer and see if they have any idea what is happening here. this is a lease and I sure as **** don't want to be liable for this. there's absolutely nothing I could have done to do this myself..
