I'm trying to find a hood protector for my 2017 hatchback. I've found all kinds on internet that will fit sedans and coupes only. Some will say they will fit hatchback, but I don't want to order something in to just return it. If you have one on ur hatch and fits well, let me know where u got it and the manufacturer. Thank you

Sedan and hatch share fenders, hood, and grille, though the sedan and hatch grilles look a bit different but the fitment is the same. Bumpers are different in style though fitment is the same; you could put a hatch bumper on a sedan if it pleased you to do so.

Hood protectors that fit sedan should fit hatch, but the coupé is a little bit different as far as I have seen.

They do look like they use the same hood, but when I went to hondapartsnow.com and looked up part numbers for the hoods to fit a hatchback and a sedan, the part numbers were close, but not exact. I did not look up fenders, or bumpers etc, but assumed the same for them. I figured that as they are similar, a hood protector would fit either sedan or hatch, but was hoping somebody with a hatch can verify if it will work or not.
