Where do you keep the remote fob? If it's in your pocket when this happens, consider whether you've been leaning on one of the buttons for more than 3 seconds. I do this about once each week when I'm in my kitchen, and it's annoying but it's also operator error.
Agree with the last reply, that it could be the key fob. Try keeping it where the buttons can't be accidentally pushed, & see if it still does it. In another reply to a similar problem, I mentioned that while my 2018 Civic Sport Touring Hatchback was parked in my driveway & turned off, My sunroof & all of my windows opened. The way I was sitting on my front porch with the fob in my pocket, buttons evidently got pushed in long enough to command my fob to do that. Sort of like butt dialing your cell phone!
