I was trying to turn the car on and it would try and felt like the starter was on its last legs. I had power to radio, lights, etc for a bit but then suddenly it would not even do that. no power to anything. I called Honda roadside and they came and jump started my car and I drove it to a dealership to test the battery. The battery test came back 448.

I am confused as to whats going on. I honestly feel my car is sentenced with electrical issues. Rear wiper turns on its own when my fronts are on intermitted (and back is off).

I wouldn't be as angry if this happened during a week day, but I feel this issue will be coming back to haunt me one day.

anyone else having this issue?

Have not heard anything like this yet, but all kinds of weird gremilins can pop up with the simplest of electrical issues that seem non related. The problem is tracking down the root cause. The best place to start is always checking the battery and alternator cables and grounds for tightness, It's amazing how many times this is overlooked by a garage.

I have had the same issue with my wipers. It seems to be intermittent. Some days they will both be going at the same time. Yet the switch for the rear wiper is in the off position. I am thinking that there may be some kind of short. When the front wiper's are in the intermittent location.

This wiper issue sounds like a trip to the dealership is in order.Or even a recall.

There might be a problem with that right control arm... take it to the dealership to take a look at it.
Does it happen all the time?
If not and they cannot replicate it... it'll be hard to get them to "believe" you.

I have an EXL-Navi since October... don't have this problem.

A little tip on the rear wiper (and this may or may not be related to the issues mentioned above), if your wipers are on and you put the car in reverse, the rear wiper should turn on automatically.

I don't have my Civic yet but that's what happens in my 2015 Fit.
