I had some extra LEDs and swapped out map lights and dome light. To remove map light bulb you have to pry out the lens at the front and rear inside corners. The dome light bulb is accessible after you remove the lens, not the whole assembly. I used plastic pry tools.

Do you have any pictures of the differences ? Would be interested to see which leds you went with and the light output changes.
