I recently bough a low mileage 2017 Civic EX. In only two months, the screen had an issue. It would keep the previous screen as a weird shadow that looked "burned in". The touch continued to work but there were layers of previous screens you could see.

Dealership thought they could fix in one day, but then had to replace entire audio and screen system they told me. I went to pick it up and it was stuck on a diagnostic screen so I had to bring it back (really weird).
They claimed they didn't know why that happened. Looked at it again and needed a new part for the audio system. I brought it in again and was supposed to take one day. Now it needs an additional microphone part.
At this point I'm starting to get worried about it. In the receipt from the first time they mentioned doing a firmware update. Why wasn't this done before I received the car as it was Honda certified?

Any advice or input welcome. It is still under warranty, but not for much longer. Worried about continued issues.
