I am new to the Honda family and very proud of it. From day one of purchasing my new Civic Touring, I have been so impressed with the cordial friendly "family" atmosphere. (Roush Honda Westerville, Ohio). Everyone from the greeters to the sales person to the general company manager welcomed me. It was a very sincere welcome too and I sensed the pride they felt in their product and their company. Since the purchase I have been so happy with all that my new 2016 Civic Touring offers...the quietness, the smooth drive, the technology and the infotainment unit. And yes, I had the volume issue that many have experienced , but this has allowed me to see just how professionally Honda reps deal with a complaint. I can very happily say that during multiple phone calls to American Honda, I have been received with very understanding , concerned, courteous, kind, responsive and empathetic personnel. I really received personal attention from a VERY big company. Again, I was very impressed that the "family" atmosphere I experienced locally extended nationally! The audio issue was solved with the USB memory stick sent within a day or two after it was completed. I then was able to meet more of the Roush family...service Dept.,etc. Also had follow up calls from Carolyne and Amber to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase! Yes, very much so! Yes, I am now a Honda Fanboy. My car is great. So far so good. Thank you.

Hard to remember that not all dealerships are trying to give you a hard time when you read a lot of negative experiences. Great to hear that they were attentive to your needs and helped you as soon as they could.

Doing what they did with the OP is the smartest thing, with a business that benefits from repeat customers, establishing a good relationship from the start is the best thing they can do.

This is nice to read for a change. Most will only post their complaints, many never post how absolutely totally satisfied they are. Thanks for the post ;):D
