With as large as the fake vents are on the 10th Gen I think it would look amazing to do a dual fog light setup. Has anyone seen anything like this yet? Has anyone had their front bumper off? There is a functional vent on the passenger side in part of the fake vent, curious to know what that does and if it would interfere with a dual fog setup

The cutout in the passenger side vent is for the horn. DOT regulations require a clear path for a horns sound waves to travel, hence why it's cut on that side and not the other.
