Gas cap is cap-less. Maybe it doesn't seal well.

Green mpg light light across instrument cluster stays white. Info center on radio off as well.
Mpg same.

Not sure if you can fix it yourself. Probably best to bring it into the dealership for a check.
This happened to my new civic touring and they changed my whole transmission and ended up happening again . Honda is buying my car back . Less than 400 miles on itHad emissions light come on already after 1000 miles.

Yikes, sounds like you could have had a bad transmissions and something in the car was causing the second one to malfunction too. Are you going to get another Honda civic?
