NY is a CARB state. So if you want your car to be 100% street legal, get the CARB version.
flashpro carb exempt?
I read the reason for carb exempt and I wanted to know if there were any pro's to doing so. I figured I was just going to get the regular flashpro but before I do just wanted to know what anyone thought....

I have flash pro on my 2013 civic sedan si and i don't recall if I got the carb version or not.
