So yesterday I finally got my first new car. I got the 2016 Civic EX sedan White Orchid and I love it. The dealer was trying to show me all the neat features it had but I had already jumped the gun and knew everything about it so there was no need to do it lol. I love the fact that it comes with the remote start and it's covered by the factory!!!

Yes it is. The only trim it isn't available on is the base LX which offers Taffeta white. The rest offers the *** option on the coupes, just like the sedan.

Same here but i found it to expose body lines and creases a bit too much, something that has made me like darker colors more since they tend to typically hide that and blend it in. Not all cars will look great in white and this might be one of them

Robb I hope you're right, but on Honda's webpage "build your own" I only saw taffetta white under the coupe, but orchid white was available on the sedan. Maybe I missed something? :surprise:

No Options, I got it as a lease and to keep payments low I added no options lol

Funny thing about the Civic was that originally I was going to buy the 2013 model my mother leased because I'm in college it'd save money, and it'd be a great deal, basically Im buying a brand new car she does like 5,000 miles or less a year. But I never really liked it, I found it to be to blaah, forgettable, not sporty looking and not my style but I could see the pros of having no car payments so I went along with it. When Honda dropped the concept for the 2016 model I was like "THEY HEARD MY PLEA!!! I'LL OWN THAT CAR" told all my friends and family then came the day I finally got it with the money I saved up working shifts and overtime at a hospital. Maybe things were meant to happen

Great thing about the 2016 Civic models is that the prices are relatively low compared to other cars that are out there. Yea you would have saved a bit of money with your mom's 2013 Civic but it's not exactly the best looking even if they're built to last a long time.

Good on you for working towards a goal and getting a sweet ride.
