Whenever I am in accessory mode and then try to start the car I get 4-5 error messages on the head unit regarding the breaking systems. They don't seem to actually be affected - car drives the same with the errors. Anyone else ever hear about this or can replicate the issue?

I have had those same warnings after disconnecting/reconnecting the battery. Loose battery cable? Most recently I placed the car in accessory mode and when I tried to start it all the electronics died. I thought I killed the battery but jump starting it did not work at all. I found I had somehow blown one of the main fuses in the box under the hood. After replacing it I got all of the messages just once after reconnecting the battery. I had to get a new battery as well.
