I had that happen with a Hyundai Veloster brand new, 3 tail lights it went thru to get one with no moisture, and speakers? omg they had a huge batch of defective speakers, I went through I think 7. I believe there is a fix for the Honda situation though, check with the dealer
I've heard mention of the rattling from the base from others on multiple forums. Pretty sure Honda has a fix for it if it happens since it seems to be one of the top issues so far.

That's the first time i've heard about moisture in the headlights however, so hopefully just a one off fluke. Can't stand when cars have moisture in their light housings.

I have the same problem with BOTH my headlights. I brought it to the dealer and tested it with high water pressure and their diagnosis was "No condensation found". I should of taken a picture when it happened on the 1st drive home new from the dealer like "mycivic" did. Actually there is oil stain (had it RustCheck) on the inside of the plastic (passenger side) and they still reported on the repair sheet "No condensation found". Maybe he didn't see it and I will point it out to him directly next time it goes in for service for the other 15 deficiencies. If it is not replaced, it will only strengthen my case in court (so many issues that I want out of this car cause I just don't trust the quality of this car anymore).
Don't think there are lemon laws in Canada but if you can take pictures of any issues you find then they should be able to fix it even if they can't recreate it. Or you can try another dealership for a second opinion.
Chances are they have lemon laws, it's just that not a lot of people are aware of things like that available to them, it's the small sample of owners that are aware. Usually it requires some digging.
