Hello Everyone

I just leased a Civic EX-L in Cosmic Blue. So far I am really liking it. I was hoping for red or the other blue, but this color is growing on me. I had a 2015 Civic Si for the past 8 months and wasn't really excited about it. I missed the features that I had in my older G5 which I spent 7 years customizing to my taste.

I hope this forum is as helpful as G5club.net and css.net was. I like this car enough that I can see myself buying this one at the end of my lease. So I plan on customizing it to my taste.

I hope I can get helpful tips and also share helpful tips with others!!!!!!

And I'll share some pics of the 2015 Si. It was fun to learn how to drive a manual but I am happy to not have black anymore. I was kind of forced to get black at the time.

Yea the other blue is a bit more exciting, but your Civic still looks great. Are you planning on making many changes to your Civic, similar to the ones you made on your last vehicle?

I'll start off with a tint and swap the interior lights to led's. I'll also look into intake and exhaust in the future. It's a shame they hide the exhaust as they do; they could have really made it look nice. I'll probably wait later in the lease to make sure I still want to buy it out before I do too much to it. There is a lot less that I need to do to this one to make it nice haha. My G5 started as a rental car so EVERYTHING was up-gradable at that point. It would be nice if we are able to eventually swap headlights with the touring's led ones. I'd also look into maybe adding chrome door handles because they actually look good on this car. I am really starting to like the color on it now. It just looks so good in the sunlight with that sparkle!!!!

Until more aftermarket parts are available, I got some exhaust tips for my car. They currently rub on the bumper a bit, but I think I can fix that for now.

LEDs are on the way for the interior lights!!!

Welcome to the forums ! I can see where you're coming from, I would definitely wait a little while to shoot for the intake and exhaust only because we're so limited in the aftermarket region right now.

Would you ever swap the exterior lights to something brighter? It is one of the few options open to us right now at this moment, along with other generic mods.

Too dark for my tastes, but what's important is you like it! I dig the exhaust tips...hope their heat doesn't distort the bumper.
