Hi all, 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback EX please help!

Hi, I am new to this forum, and I'm not sure if I am doing this right. So I bought a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback EX in 2019 right off the showroom floor, love this car. Anyways I got into an accident on 6/18/2022, not my fault. I had trouble getting it to a shop due to having no space in their lots. So I finally was able to find a shop to bring in my ride for repairs, which was 25 miles away. As of now, it is not done. They are just waiting for parts that are back-ordered. It's been almost a year now and still no parts. My question is is that possible? That a part would take almost a year to arrive? I have spent lots of money just on transportation by taking Uber from home to work. My insurance doesn't really care about their customers. The front and rear passenger side door molding and airbag covers are what they said they are waiting on. My question is where can I actually order this part and where is it available? Would anyone know what manufacturer or company would have these parts? I've been without a car for almost a year now. If anyone knows where I can get these parts I would be grateful, if anyone needs the acctual part number I can ask the shop.
