Consumer reports gives cars they recommend a little check-mark beside it and the only cars to not receive it In Honda's lineup is the Civic, CR-Z and the Clarity. Apparently, CR didn't like the Civic's touch-screen radio, lack of driver lumbar adjustability, limited amount of cars on dealership lots with Sensing system, and the lack of a full-tilt blind-spot monitoring system.

you can see a list of cars that has or has not met their approval here: http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/cars/types/new-a-to-z-index.htm

Looks like I posted this a bit late. Can the mod please delete this?

So it's not recommended because they (CR) don't like some features that have absolutely nothing to do with the actual drivability of the car? I took a chance on the EX-T and went against CRs complaints on the touch screen radio and I'm glad I did. I didn't feel the Sensing system was worth the extra $1k and, while I would like to have adjustable lumbar, it's not a deal breaker. I love this car.

Based on your name, you must be an AA homer? I keed, I keed! :D What issues did you have, if you don't don't mind sharing?

Edit: Disregard, just noticed the four page thread you started on Build Quality.

I believe that CR does not recommend newly design models until they have data from their annual user survey. CR is a good sources for reliability information. All other judgment of a vehicle is base their drive paradigm. I prefer Car and Driver's paradigm.

And the people flying on Delta will say "at least we're not on Allegiant". :D Now I know which airlines to avoid.

first year cars are prone to hiccups, those pushed off the line later on should have less of them.

Nailed it! My wife is a 20 year Eagle/Envoy flight attendant. I love the industry and learning all about it. We've used Delta a few times to get to Myrtle Beach from here and everyone has always been friendly to us
