Nice to know what it's based on, but I'm still waiting until the 2018 MY before I open my wallet. I can wait until it shakes out before buying one.

Waiting out that long is the smartest thing to do, I was thinking to wait for the 2017 MY since it seems the first year of a new vehicle being on the market is a good time frame for analyzing it.

Looking for a hatchback to replace the '03 Mazda P5 hatchback. Since they won't be out until 2017 MY, my wait and see will be two years. One for the new drivetrain and one for the hatchback. The Mazda will likely be good for another five years plus, so I'm in no hurry. Let others be the testers.
