My Honda dealer experience

Had a cut in my tires tread. Stopped at Discount Tire and found no Firestone tires of my size in stock. They offered an off brand of the same size for $180 installed.Called Superstition Honda where I bought the car and they had tires in stock. Service advisor noticed my windshield was cracked and was told they could replace it. I also asked about updating software for brakes and they could do that also. Signed up for a ride home but since it was more than 10 miles they gave me a loaner car. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. No high pressure to get anything done. I only had to pay $140 for the tire.

that is a nice experience! they value your business.... out of curiosity, what is the software for brake update ?
i'm guessing the emergency/parking brake software upgrade recall recently.

That for all models ?
I asked my dealer about the brake update and he told me that it was done prior to me picking up my car.I would hope that your dealers did the same if they knew prior to delivering it to ya.
if you have the electronic parking brake, then yes, it's all models that i'm aware of.
