My new civic doesn't start....

Sounds like a battery on life support.

Sounds like the ground terminal is dirty.

Some one posted somewhere about this months ago.
Have your dealer check for a loose ground wire below the steering wheel.

Faulty wipers /car will not start Jan 17,, (google that) for a 3 page discussion.
Picture on pg 2 , this one had a back path overload, maybe the starter and battery were replaced for suspected damage? Good luck.

Check the battery in your remote fob. It may be depleted and not recognizing you as the right driver. Also, are you pushing on the brake pedal as you push the starter button? Good luck. I hope it's just the fob battery.

Do you have a second fob to try starting your car with? Best to bring it in to your dealership since you're having stereo problems too.
