Hello everybody, surprised to see a forum up already for the next Civic. I searched google for "10th gen Civic forum", and now I'm here!

I currently own an 8th gen Civic Si coupe, and I'm looking to upgrade to the 10th gen Civic Si, whenever it comes out. Long time Honda fan here.

Great to have you here. What has made you such a Honda loyalist? I guess that means you've had nothing but good experiences with them.

Since you have a Honda Civic, what would you like to see improved from that model in the 10th gen Civic?

I've been a fan of NA motors and manual transmissions, and as we know, Honda makes the best of both.

I'd like to see a fresh interior design, and new styling. Something new is what I'm looking for.

Same. I have a record of buying a new Civic every 10 years, so I probably won't buy another one until 2022.

Wow impressive, I can't stay with a car more than 5 years I get bored with it, so I traded in or do a private sale...

Oh, I used to not be able to go more than a few years without wrecking or trading in my vehicle for something newer and shinier. I bought my first car in 2002 - a Civic EX sedan. I rolled it 2.5 times with less than 3000miles/4828kms going 100mph/161kph+. Then I bought a 1998 Integra LS coupe and traded it in for an Element LX in 2003. I soon learned that All-Wheel Drive did not mean 4-Wheel Drive when I wrecked it in the desert trying to leave the same way I went it. I traded that for some Dodge Dakota king cab. Hated it. I ended up selling it even though I still owed like $20000 on it from all the negative equity I kept on rolling into the next vehicle I bought. My CBR600 was my main mode of transportation (though I wrecked it but not to the point of totalling it) for about a year before I bought a 1991 Accord SE in 2005 or so. I wrecked it a year later and ended up buying one of the first Fits that hit my local dealership. Knock on wood I haven't wrecked it... yet. Then I bought my 2012 Civic Si in 2012. 10 years after I bought my first Civic. I'll pay it off in early 2016 then will buy a 2018 CBR1000 (15 years after my first big boy bike) and will hopefully have that paid off before 2022 when I buy another Civic. The end.
