Hi everyone, just purchased a '16 Civic EX-T in Rallye Red. I reside in North Jersey and joined the forum to learn and share info with other 10th Gen owners. Looking forward to conversing with you all!

Welcome!

From my recollection... A Rallye Red EX-T is pretty rare at this point!

How many miles? and how has your experience been thus far?

Just make sure you protect that red since a lot of sun exposure over time can really suck the life out of red paint.

Welcome to the forum!
I thought the red paint these days are more resistant to fading than the red of ye olde days?

Thanks GoFly! I actually picked it up last night. I test drove the EXT a few weeks ago but was really set on Red so put down a deposit to snag the first one that came to my dealer. It arrived late last week and I put off coming in until yesterday to haggle with the chances they would be in a rush trying to make their end of the month qoutas. I got it for $2,000 less than MSRP! Hope that helps everyone! Pictures coming soon.

Thanks Smith. Do I do this my keeping it constantly waxed? If so, how often?

Driven it less than 100 miles so far and I'm in love with it. It's lower to the ground and feels similar to my '13 Accord Sport but of course more nimble.

How does the suspension feel on bumpy roads compared to your '13 Accord Sport?

I currently drive a '13 Accord EX-L and am considering a Civic Touring but have yet to drive one to know how it compares to my current Accord.

In my opinion the ride in the accord is smoother on bumpy roads. But the civic is peppy and nimble, you won't have any problem merging onto the freeway (Just make sure you're off Econ Mode when doing so).
Took a photo of her last night :D
