FlashPro can hold 2 tunes at the same time, so you keep your stock tune and your other tune and you just reflash to which ever tune you want when you need. It takes about 5 minutes to reflash. once the tunes are on there, you dont need the laptop in the car to do it.

I'm a long time car enthusiast and have been most of my life. I'm no engineer or expert tuner but I've always been into cars and fixed (or tried) just about everything on my car. Before I got my Hatchback, I daily'd a 00 S2000 with about 195k miles (still pulls really strong btw). I figured it was finally time to retire her. Rebuild her and eventually turn her into a full on track car. So when I heard Honda was bringing back the Hatchback i was super excited. I've had my eye on this thing for about a year or two now. When I finally brought this baby home i was floored about how awesome it is (keep in mind this is my first BRAND NEW car). I'm just so in love with this thing right now. It just a fun practical purpose car (so comfy and spacious). I can finally do long road trips, take my buddies out, etc. I was really impressed with the low end torque and the overall feel of the car. I didnt even bother with the 6MT speed, I figured its my daily and traffic sucks in LA. Plus I already own a S2000, theres really no point in special ordering a 6MT. Eventually after my warranty is up I plan to get a tune and some hardware for my hatch for some good gains. I'm looking into Hondata, unfortunately I dont believe they have a switch from tune to stock like some of the german tuners for VW, BMW etc...... Anywho, so happy i got this car.
