Next Gen Type R Rendering

That looks almost exactly the same as the prototype from the show just in different colours and a mystery pipe missing lol

If they just came out with this then they're late to the game, we already have an idea of what it will look like which beats some speculation. Just look at the spy shots out right now.

What will be more interesting is seeing a rendering of a version of the hatch that sits above the Type R. With the state the market is currently in it could support that level of performance coming from a hatch and more importantly a hatch coming from a brand like Honda. It's not only high end German brands that can play this game.

Has Honda ever some out with a hatchback that sits above the Type R? I thought the Type R was the top tier for them in terms of hot hatches.

Not to my knowledge but that's not important, no point in looking back at the past and trying to create predictions form that when there was such a big gap, especially when the market is the way it is now - it just doesn't make sense.
