Good Morning!
I finally got my 2018 EX-T sedan!!!

They guys at Honda said there is no break in period for the car. Just dont drive like a crazy person.
Someone enlighten me please?

Lol typical salesman telling you there's no break in period with a new car, suppose that means he's eager to have you back with problems. I suppose don't drive like a crazy person does suggest not accelerating too hard, or opening it up, but the general rule of thumb is take it easy for 1,000k. Congrats on the new car!

Thank you so much! Yeah i wasnt comfortable with no break in. it was to werid for me not to do it. LOL

The owner's manual suggests cautious driving for the first 600 miles, but my philosophy has always been to drive it as you intend to drive it from the start. It's true, though, that WOT starts should be avoided early on.
Well It is winter time over here so summer time the car will have a much easier time LOL
