Civic Hatchback Sport Touring, new May 2018, now 7400 miles.
We went shopping and she put a carton of milk on the back seat, driver side, on a double plastic bag. When we got home we found it had leaked. (I can hear y'all cringe from here!)
We mopped it up ASAP with dry paper towels, then damp paper towels, then dry paper towels again. The leather seat looks OK...
I called the dealer and took it in to the detailing place. I told them what happened. (Yes, they all cringed, too.) I told them I thought the milk had run down the hole where the seat belt connector comes out and I wanted them to remove the back seat and make absolutely sure that every drop of milk was removed. They nodded, said yes, and wrote down what I said.
Question: What else should I do?
