going to install tomorrow curious if I should use crossover some with or no because our amplified stock system has built in crossovers already ive seen some people say run components not coax in fronts

I would highly recommend running a crossover...while I replaced the head unit, if it was me with a stock head unit and updated speakers, I would run a separate crossover as well...surprised that Polk did not include a crossover in the components you purchased...good luck
