Its Oct-2021 and I was checking out the prices for EX-Ts. Holy Insanity. The prices are matching sticker prices here in California. Shortage of coupes, what gives?

CarMax offered $25,600 for my 2017 EGP Si (16,500 miles/Central Massachusetts)....$3k more than I paid for it back in Feb 2018.....I am very very very tempted....
