I recently purchased a 2016 Touring and am experiencing radio issues in the form of a loud popping sound or no radio sound at all. I've taken it in and they are contacting their tech people, but what I really want to know is what happens next? Has anyone had this same issue and if so what was the ultimate fix? It's extremely frustrating to be driving a BRAND NEW car with this issue. Please help!
