Radio keeps going to Main Menu by itself

The last 2 days I'm driving along on the highway, I'm the only person in the car. I hear two quick little beeps come from the stereo and see that its turned itself from the XM radio audio to the main menu. Yesterday I tried to press Audio only to be rewarded by a ton of little beeps. Pressed it again, it went back to the XM radio screen for 5 seconds then right back to main menu. Tried once more, this time I get "Check Tuner", then I try holding down the power to reboot it. It reboots and it's fine. This morning on my way to work, same thing 2 little beeps I look over and its on the main menu screen again all by itself. However this time when I pulled over so I could make a video like the service dept told me to, it immediately went right back to the XM screen when I pressed Audio and gave no further issue the rest of the journey to work. I am almost positive I saw something about this on this forum, but could not find anything through searches.
Sadly service department says they cannot do anything unless 1. they see it do it which is unlikely since its inconsistent at this point, or 2. I can make a video to show them when it happens.
So what I'm asking, is has anyone else experienced this? If so what was the fix for it?
I got my Touring in December 2015, its got 6800 miles now, and it's had 1 infotainment update TSB from Honda back in January 2016. Dealership said they haven't heard of this yet, lucky me I get to be first for them. :crying:
